# Gems Equine Rug Repairs is not responsible for loss/theft/damage of rugs or items
# Rugs/items must be clean and dry, bagged and clearly labelled with name and phone number
# Rugs/items will not be accepted if dirty or wet
# Heavy canvas rugs will no longer be accepted for repair
# Gems Equine Rug Repairs will not be responsible for lack of waterproofing on rugs or items
# Estimate of repairs can be given on request
# Payment will be directly to A Elcock t/a Gems Equine Rug Repairs 
# Repaired items/rugs will only be ready for collection when payment has been made in full to Gems Equine Rug Repairs
# Customers will be contacted once payment received and PAID written on the label
# Unpaid rugs/items will be held for 90 days then sold to recoup costs
# Tuffloc labels have been supplied and drop off box
